FeedBack: We would like to let you know about the exceptional service we received from, Jason Ferne (Manager) at the Cairns TJM Outlet. In August of this year we were on our family trip of a life time to Cape York with children in tow (11yr & 9yr), my Husband noticed a squeeking noise in the front end of the vechile. We were only about 1/2 way through our trip at this stage, so of cause he was concerned that the front end suspension wouldn't make the trip. We were at Chillagoe at the time about 200kms West of Cairns, my husband called the TJM Store in Cairns and explained our situation. Over the phone they did advise us that they were booked out for at least 2 weeks in advance but if we made the trip in they should be able to change the rubbers at least to get us home. The next morning we arrived at TJM Cairns around 9.30am. Upon arrival again we were advised how busy they were and that they had staff away sick that day. At that stage we were getting pretty concerned that we would not be continuing out trip too soon, two kids, broken car and still half the trip to go. Jason (Manager) then came outside to look at the suspension, took some pic;s, asked where we purchased them from and when, (Hervey Bay approx 4 months earlier). He said he would see what he could do and went back inside. When he returned he advised us that he would reaplce the front suspension under warranty and that he would get it sorted immediately for us. He then proceeded to personally drop my faimly and I, to the local shopping centre, called us approx 1 1/2hrs later returing to pick up my husband as the car was completed and ready to go. We were overwhelmed with appreciation of such exceptional service and wanted to offically make this known to TJM and thank Jason and his team at Cairns for getting us back on the road as quickly as they did.
