the red ranger

Tony's Townsville Truck

Tony, the manager of the TJM Townsville store, has equipped his new Ford Ranger with all the right gear to make the perfect vehicle for comfortable highway touring and a very capable off road vehicle. This vehicle will be no show pony as it is sure to get a good work out on the many weekend and longer trips he does exploring new areas of north Queensland, many of those towing his Kimberley Kamper offroad trailer.

The XGS suspension upgrade and Mickey Thompson tyre have made a significant change to the Ranger, it now rides and steers much more competently particularly when loaded up with the family and trailer. With 140 ltrs of fuel onboard, Britax 90W HID drive lights and good TJM barwork protection which makes it reassuring to do the long hauls required in Australia

The canopy and rear storage drawer system have converted the ute in a large wagon with more useable space than the large 4x4 wagons at a significantly cheaper price. The fridge slide allows good access to the Evakool and is reliably powered by the Redarc Isolator and Optima battery.

If you are in the Townsville area call in and check out the red Ranger.
